Dr. Yasir Suliman is a consultant vascular and endovascular surgeon who specializes in advanced endovascular and open surgery for critical limb ischemia and diabetic atherosclerotic disease. He also has an interest in the treatment of venous disease.

I started my medical imaging career as a radiographer at a large regional hospital in the Netherlands. I specialized in interventional angiography and duplex ultrasound.
In 2014 I joined CCAD and am currently one of the few dedicated vascular scientists in the UAE, for venous, arterial and AVG duplex.

Dr. Samir Issa has extensive experience as a vascular and endovascular surgeon. After graduating from Aleppo University, he completed and acquired his Certificate in General Surgery at University Claude Bernard, Lyon, France in 1981. He obtained his specialty in vascular surgery from University Pierre and Marie Curie (Paris VI) in 1983 while taking up Master’s degree in Human Biology and Anatomy at University Claude-Bernard, Lyon-France, the study concluded in 1984.
Dr. Samir was a clinical fellow for Organ Transplantation Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center from 1994 to 1996. This clinical fellowship is for a duration of two years and it includes training in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation.
He was a Resident in general surgery at Aleppo University Hospital from Jan 1977 to Sept 1979 and became registrar from Sept 1980 to 1982 at Tonkin Clinic, Department of Vascular Surgery, Lyon, France, and senior registrar in Surgery at Hospital of Annecy; Annecy, France from Sept 1982 to 1984.
He returned to Syria and became an assistant professor of Surgery at Aleppo University Hospital and Faculty of Medicine; Aleppo from Sept 1984- January 1988.
